With more than 3,500 processes in its history, EVoting has been able to adapt to the diverse needs of its clients and as a result of this its 5 platforms emerged: EVoters, EHolders, EAssemblies, EParticipation and EUniversities.
During its more than 10 years of history, EVoting has developed mechanisms for various organizations to make decisions in a secure, transparent and efficient manner.
EVOTERS: DEMOCRACY DOES NOT STAND STILL
It is an electronic voting platform that provides a 100% secure response to the participation of large and small institutions.
EVoters adapts to the client’s needs, whether in authentication methods, ballots segmented by constituency or district, weighted elections, etc. In addition, it meets all the requirements necessary to conduct an election, including guaranteeing the secrecy of the vote.
To date, EVoters has carried out more than 2,000 processes and has received votes from nearly 3 million people in 7 countries.
EHOLDERS: DECISIONS WITHOUT LIMITS
Created by EVoting in 2020, it is designed so that Shareholders’ Meetings, Bondholders’ Meetings and Contributors’ Meetings can make decisions in a secure manner, whether in remote, face-to-face or hybrid format. EHolders complies with all the regulations required by the Financial Market Commission for holding Shareholders’ Meetings. In addition, it includes specific features for the correct execution of the processes.
More than 500 Shareholders’, Bondholders’ or Contributors’ Meetings have already been held with the platform and 2,691 matters have been voted on.
EPARTICIPATION: EVERYDAY DEMOCRACY
As a result of EVoting’s experience in citizen participation, EParticipation was born, a platform that is a solution for everyday democracy, which generates simpler and more efficient processes, and which, like the platforms mentioned above, adapts to the client’s needs.
More than 1.6 million citizen votes have already been received in 77 citizen participation processes. In addition, residents of 81 municipalities have been able to use the platform in a secure and transparent manner.
EUNIVERSITIES: E-DEMOCRACY IN THE CLASSROOM
Designed for the academic world, EUniversities is an electronic democracy platform for the classroom, with high levels of rigor and constant updating.
Elections of Rector, Dean, Department Director, Counselors, student federations, triestamental consultations, plebiscites, among others, have been carried out with this mechanism, reaching 89% participation in the election of authorities.
There are already close to 300,000 votes received in EUniversities in 410 processes in 22 universities throughout Latin America.
EASSEMBLIES: VIRTUAL SPACES, REAL DECISIONS
It is a platform for meeting and exchange of ideas that allows members of various institutions to make decisions collectively and securely. Created for Associations, Cooperatives, Federations, Mutuals, Corporations and Foundations, among others, EAssemblies is dynamic and adapts to the specific needs of each organization. In addition, these meetings can be face-to-face, remote or hybrid.
252 assemblies held, more than 1,000 topics defined and an average participation rate of 73% are the figures of this platform.
