Workers’ Unions were the first to discover the advantages of electronic voting. In the ten years of EVoting, we have conducted many union elections in Chile and other Latin American countries. Among them, leadership elections, collective bargaining, bylaws reform, incorporation and constitution of federations. In Chile, these processes are regulated by the Labor Direction.
